Day 6 Report

The only sugar I had today came from the lips of my little Quinn when she kissed me. She’d just had a little piece of chocolate and she thought she’d tease me by kissing me with her Chocolatey lips. πŸ™‚

So here’s my Sunday

Breakfast – 3 fried eggs, bacon, tomato and some fresh pineapple
Snack – fresh cherries and carrot sticks with half a homemade protein bar*
Lunch – skipped
Pre gym snack – 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Dinner – medley of salmon, tuna and shrimp with asparagus, local bok choy and broccoli with a sesame seed and ginger glaze. 2 pieces of 100% cacao chocolate.

Drinks – 2 black coffees, water, more water and even more water πŸ™‚

* protein bar was a mix of protein powder and nuts
